If you wish to return a product, you must send your return package with the concerned items in their original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding Easypro invoice, within 15 days following the reception of the package to:

In case of refund, we guarantee that it will be done within 15 days or less following the date of reception of the returned parcel. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason. You will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.

When you receive your parcel, you must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery by opening your parcel in the presence of the carrier.
